Terms and Conditions
1. Registration and Enrollment
1.1. By submitting a registration form, you are adding your child to a waitlist for the selected class.
1.2. Enrollment in a class is subject to availability and instructor approval.
1.3. Students will be added to classes from the waitlist in the order in which their registration was received, except in cases where skill level or age requirements necessitate different placement.
1.4. Requested start dates are considered but cannot be guaranteed due to class availability and existing waitlists.
2. Class Placement
2.1. Advantage Tennis reserves the right to place students in appropriate classes based on age, skill level, and instructor assessment.
2.2. Students may be moved between classes if instructors determine a different class would better suit their skill level or development needs.
2.3. If the class you've selected is deemed inappropriate for your child's skill level, we will contact you to discuss alternative placements.
3. Payments and Fees
3.1. Class fees will be communicated to you when a spot becomes available for your child.
3.2. Payment must be received before your child begins attending classes.
3.3. Payments are non-refundable except in cases outlined in our cancellation policy.
3.4. Pricing may vary between Ivory Ridge and Sun Pro locations.
4. Attendance and Make-Up Classes
4.1. Regular attendance is expected for all enrolled students.
4.2. Please notify Advantage Tennis at least 24 hours in advance if your child will miss a class.
4.3. Make-up classes for missed sessions may be arranged subject to availability and at the discretion of Advantage Tennis.
4.4. Consistent unexcused absences may result in your child's spot being given to a waitlisted student.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. Advantage Tennis reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5.2. In the event of a class cancellation, participants will be offered alternative class options or a prorated refund.
5.3. Classes missed due to weather conditions will be rescheduled or a credit will be applied to the following session.
6. Conduct and Behavior
6.1. Students are expected to follow all rules and guidelines provided by instructors.
6.2. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the class without refund.
6.3. Parents are responsible for their children before and after class times.
7. Liability Waiver
7.1. Parents/guardians acknowledge that tennis is a physical activity that carries inherent risks.
7.2. By enrolling your child, you waive any claims against Advantage Tennis, its staff, Ivory Ridge Tennis Club, and Sun Pro Tennis Club for injuries sustained during normal class activities.
7.3. It is the parent's responsibility to inform Advantage Tennis of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs their child may have.
8. Photo and Video Release
8.1. Advantage Tennis may take photographs or videos during classes for promotional purposes.
8.2. By registering your child, you grant permission for their image to be used on the Advantage Tennis website, social media, and marketing materials.
8.3. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please notify Advantage Tennis in writing.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1. Advantage Tennis reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
9.2. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.
9.3. Continued participation in classes following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
